FC Sheriff head coach took part in the program “Added time”.  During the program its presenter and the head coach discussed many different subjects.
 
There is a match with FC Costuleni soon and the rumor has it that it may not take place. Do you pay attention to that?
I don’t. All my thoughts are only about FC Sheriff. We are training and preparing for the upcoming game very seriously.
 
How do you react on the breaks caused by the matches in national teams? Do these breaks unsettle the team?
It is the third break in autumn time. Of course, these breaks are taken into account in the training plan. We analyze last games and work on our mistakes improvement. We have four matches ahead, and the preparation for them according to the plan.
 
Why are you always unsatisfied after each match of the team?
I cannot say that I am not satisfied. I have an idea, I have plans. You cannot say after a winning match that everyone played well and everything is fine, and we should not work further. We must solve our problems. If we do not solve them, then we will not have progress. The lost match with FC Dacia is not a catastrophe. Perhaps, defeat influences us well after nine consequent victories. We should think every day and know what we want. We should strive for the common goal and believe in ourselves.
