FC Sheriff official training session before the match of the first Champions League qualification round against Torpedo Kutaisi was held in scorching heat. The sunbeat in the second largest Georgia's city reaches 37C.

Despite all of this, 20 players, who came for the game, have been training eagerly and made all work the coaches prepared. Before the training session, head coach Goran Sablic and team captain Mateo Susic had talked to local media. The whole press conference took about 5-6 minutes with main talking-points:

Goran Sablic: "Good evening, everyone. We have two legs of the first Champions League qualification round ahead. The first leg is very important. Our rival is Torpedo. We have analyzed their game. It's a good team that likes to play with the ball. As for our team, all players are healthy and ready. We are waiting for the tomorrow's game.  Our chances? Let's not forget that we will play two matches. The first game is very important and the weather is tough. But we are well-prepared. We respect our opponents. We know it will be difficult as the hosts have their fans' support. I'm certain we have a chance to have a good result."

Mateo Susic: "We are glad to be there. It's our first time in Georgia. As for the game, I think it will be a difficult game, the weather is tricky. Anyway, we had a good training and are ready to play at a high level."

Training session lasted about 50 minutes. Today in the morning, the team had a stroll around local parks which are quite numerous in Tskhaltubo.
