- We prepare for each game, as for the final. There was great desire to rehabilitate by itself, first of all, for last year's games with the youth team of Sfintul Gheroghe. I am glad that we managed to do it. We build a new team, and these boys missed football very much. All are very motivated including coaching staff, therefore, result is positive. It’s only the fifth tour, and a lot of works still lies ahead. We are very far from the ideal.

- At this stage can you say that the team plays the football which you demand?
- Our task is to develop individual qualities of each player. There are players with whom today I am very satisfied. There are players who have to add. I can’t say that I’m satisfied with everything, it is all ahead, the championship only started. In places a game does not go according to our scenario, and all of us worry about it. Therefore, always after the games the analysis is carried out so that to the next match we would be much stronger.

- Confident start in superiority. Are there fears that the team will relax in the following oppositions?
- It is impossible with us and it is not even discussed here. The slackness is strictly punished. We build the team, first of all, on discipline and an order.
