Sheriff - Dacia 02.09.13
Today there was held a central game of the first round on the Small Arena of the Sports Complex ‘Sheriff’ between Moldavian Champion ‘Sheriff’ and Vice Champion of the country ‘Dacia’.
Already on the first minutes Oleg Molla shot but he shot wide. Kadu made a free kick on the 7th minute and thanks to Eugene Matyugyn’s save the scoring was not opened. In a few moments there was a danger from the set piece at our gates when Ilesku headed but he missed. In the middle of the second half ‘Sheriff’ scored a goal. Henrique Luvannor sent the ball to Balima who gave it to MiralSamardzic. Our defender sent the ball to the net – 1:0! One of the most active and distinctive players on the field was Kadu.
Second half of the match was dominated by ‘the yellow-black’ who controlled the course of the game and created more dangerous moments than the visiting team did. Alexander Pascenco and JhulliamPires had their chances toscore a goal but in the first case realization failed and in the second case the goalkeeper saved his team from the goal.
So ‘Sheriff’ gains its important victory by a score of 1:0 and leads the standings now. The next game takes place in Tiraspol, on September 14, against FC ‘Academia’.
