FC Sheriff won over FC Milsami in a semifinal match of the Cup of Moldova and entered the final of the tournament.

Our team showed their desire to win since the first minutes. Kadu, Ricardinho and Metoua at Bantish’s goal, however the goalkeeper and slight inaccuracy of the hosts did not let FC Sheriff score. Later on, a beautiful attack was carried out by FC Sheriff in the course of which Kadu outplayed his opponents, sent a pass to Ricardinho who got Ismail Isa to a free space. The Bulgarian sized up the situation and made a shot to the far corner. Then FC Milsami could carry out a good attack. Artur Patrash sent a dangerous shot to the close corner but Serghei Paschenco played safely. Right before the break there was a number of important moments. Adil Raili played rough in a slide tackle towards Thiago and got booked. FC Milsami player then hit Mateo Susic in the face, for which act he got double booked. In a few seconds Raili hit Monroy in the face. Running Paschenco pushed Raili and then both teams ran on the pitch. The main referee of the match Alexandr Tean sent Paschenco off the field and the teams played outnumbered. Zoran Zekic substituted Thiago for Serghei Juric. Isa was close to score the second goal but Georgi Bantish made a fantastic save.

The second half started from the attacks towards the hosts. Patrash sent a firm shot from the penalty area but Juric made a save. Our goalkeeper saved the team two minutes more. Twenty minutes before the end of the match Ricardinho sent a beautiful shot at the goal. A few minutes later Leonel Olimpio assisted by Susic scored the third goal.

FC Sheriff wins by the score 3:0 and entered the final of the Cup of Moldova to play with FC Dacia.
