FC Sheriff supporters chose the Best football player of the club in 2018. Voting which lasted for a month identified  the winner. It is the defender, Veaceslav Posmac, ( in center on the photo) who got 39.46 percent of votes.

Till the last moment the question of the winner was thick in the air. The best player of the last year, Zeguy Badibanga, competed against Veaceslav. Competitors were in the lead alternately, but as a result the defender of the national team of Moldova gained 0.9% more.  38.64 percent of respondents voted for the Belgian forward.

Serghei Pascenco, Mateo Susic  and Yury Kendysh  also entered the first five.
