Today in the Federation Cup -2020 the youth of FC Sheriff tied with the players of FC Floresti (2: 2).

 

Already in the debut of the match, our youths came forward, stunning the opponent with a beautiful long-range shot to the upper 90. Author is Nikita Koval. Soon, the guests leveled the score with the efforts of the forward Vasily Stefu. In the second half, the score 1: 1 lasted until the 60th minute. Valeri Gau traditionally demonstrated his active game - in one of the episodes he earned a penalty and he himself realized it - 2: 1. Then our trainees gave the initiative to the opponent and adopted the counterattack tactics. The match was approaching the final whistle, and in the last minutes, the wards of Yury Groshev  nevertheless equalized the score. The double was netted by Vasily Stefu.

 

The next game of the tournament will be held on February 19 in Chisinau with the team from Suruceni - Sfintul Gheorghe.
